Arts Council Blitar, again held Purnama Flute Upgrading. After a vacuum of almost a year, in the month of October is held for an open party National Pekemahan Saka Bakti Husada.
Purnama Flute Upgrading, which is shortened by the PSP, this time comes with the title BLITAR or Bhumi Laya Ika Tantra Adi King. A title which is a continuation of Blitar. That is, a resting place of the great kings of freedom.
Redi Wismoyo as stag manager of Purnama Flute Upgrading say, Arts Council Blitar this time again held PSP and collaborated with artists Blitar highway which is supported by Department of Youth, Sport, Culture and Tourism.
Goals make paggung world peace by utilizing Pertina moment Saka Bakti Husada followed by all scout members throughout Indonesia and 11 other countries participated.
There are five guest starred in Purnama Flute this time one of them is Redrigo, an inflatable artist from Spain, a dance studio sekar ayu, jaranan Sawentar, scout choir and ethnomusicology from Dwi Cahyono and fren. Eko, performers jaranan of the village Sawentar said Purnama Flute Upgrading very spectakuler and capable of providing a forum for local artists, the archipelago and the world. He is also a representative of jaranan Sawentar, say many thanks to the arts council Blitar districts already provide time for them to enliven the PSP at this time.
